One floor living house plans published in 1920.
The description reads:
“An expert has told us that he considers this house plan the closest approach to absolute perfection ever designed – that is, for this character of dwelling.
“‘Isn’t it really much bigger than it looks at first glance?’ you ask. Then when you step inside you are sure it is.
“The more you examine the arrangement the more you like it. There are pleasing, new, surprising points which are discovered with each examination. In other words, this house gets a 100% mark on its examination.
“The fireplace with its flanking seats in the living room, the broad and comfy window seat in the dining room, the handsome pedestal arches between these rooms, the artistic beamed ceilings – all bring out cheers and praise.”
