This simple house has two bedrooms and is one floor living. The plans were originally printed in 1920.
The description reads:
“If you want a house design for a small lot upon which you need to build quite close to the street, this original plan may be exactly what you desire.
“There is nothing gingerbread about this design. It is plain, simple, yet dignified and substantial looking.
“Living and dining rooms are unusually large.
“The rear of the built-in buffet occupies less room than you may suppose, allowing space for a large, well-lighted pantry between kitchen and dining room.”
