This three bedroom house plan for a small lot was originally published in 1921.
The description reads:
“A house for a small lot.

“The interior is as convenient as the exterior is attractive. Three large bedrooms and a sleeping porch on the second floor. And you will notice that there are plenty of large, spacious clothes closets provided.
