The tinkling wind chime was a popular children’s craft project back in the 1970s. I was born in ’73 and I remember making this craft project in both the seventies and the eighties. The only difference was that I was able to use seashells that already had natural holes in them because every summer I would collect buckets of shells from the seashore.
