Rhubarb is making a comeback. Where I live, it used to be the old Pennsylvania Dutchies who grew and harvested the rhubarb while everyone else forgot the existence of the plant. Today, we are seeing more and more products with rhubarb flavoring, so let’s take a look at all the old, pre-1920 recipes involving rhubarb.
