Graffiti Highway in Central, Pennsylvania is actually an old, abandoned section of Route 61. About a mile long, people come here from all over the state and even from out of state to leave their mark on the road.
I was able to make a stop here on July 29, 2018. Surprisingly, there were a lot of groups walking the road, spray painting it, and photographing it.
