Set Up a Google News Alert
I am not going to give you a bunch of filler in this post. Instead, let’s just get right into the action part.
Steps to Setting Up a News Alert
- Go to https://www.google.com/alerts
- In the Alerts box, type in your search topic.
- Click options and choose what works best for you.
- Click “Create Alert” and you are finished.
Search Phrase
The search phrase I use in the Alerts box is “historic property for sale.” This will give you many of the most notable historic properties on the market. It will also bring up some properties that were just sold, which gives you the opportunity to see how other people are using these properties.
