Here are the house plans for a two story, three bedroom home. Originally published in 1920.
The description reads:
“This house would not have to take a back seat in any city, but it is designed primarily for construction in a prosperous country district.
“It is just the design for the purpose – not elaborate, not expensive to build.
“One man described it as an old-fashioned square type of house with a college education. He meant that the architect had skillfully succeeded in producing a beautiful effect – a truly striking appearance – and yet had retained all the good points of plain, substantial old square type of dwelling.
“Note the combination kitchen-dining room – a notable feature of this plan.
“Off the rear porch is a closed-in separator room – a great convenience.
“The rooms are all large and the arrangement is unusually satisfactory and pleasing.”
