These adorable house plans were originally published in 1907. The house has a total of six rooms, three of them bedrooms. Notice the lack of bathrooms? That is because there would have been a separate outhouse on the property.
The house plan description reads as follows:
“Here is a little six room house so designed that it may be built complete with very little outlay. It is convenient and well arranged and it is a style of house that shows up larger than it really is.”

With a little knowledge, you could easily add in a bathroom or two or reduce the three bedrooms down to two and create one huge bathroom on the third floor.
